Both in group and one-to-one situations, you’ll develop active listening skills and utilise primary communication modes as well as interpreting body language to improve your ability to influence others.

You will learn the reasons why women are generally better communicators than men (Men have dial-up, women have broadband!) and the importance of keeping within the appropriate social, business, and intimate distance zones. You will also learn to spot the typical gestures and eye movements characteristic in persons not being entirely truthful!

As a species, man has achieved world dominance simply because he can communicate with his own kind in such a manner that they are able to share the most complex ideas, theories and messages.
